The backing will snap straight into your crocs and can be easily taken in and out as required.
We ask that a high resolution photo is messaged to us upon ordering (blurry photos will print that way) and as much detail as possible is added to the personalisation box so we crop the photo in the correct area.
Once cropped we will send you a sneak peek to check the image is as desired before printing and shipping. However if we have not heard back from you within 48 hours we will ship the design sent for approval. All approved orders will be shipped next day so keep an eye out for our message to avoid any delays :)
We do not offer refunds/returns on any of our personalised items, however with these we do offer a 30 days replacement option. If the charm breaks in this timeframe we will replace using the same image.
